Interventions
Intervention 1: Intervention group: Recipient of topical sildenafil dressing. In each individual, the respective burn will be divided into two parts
in other words, the intervention and control will be performed on the same patient at the same time. The intervention group will receive tetracycline ointment along with a 1% sildenafil gel in a 10 x
in other words, the intervention and control will be performed on the same patient at the same time. The control group will receive only the usual dressing of the required size using tetracycline.

15 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with deep second-degree burns requiring skin grafting Patients have at least 200 cm2 of burns of the same degree. Age range 15 to 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having any underlying disease including diabetes, hypertesion, etc.
