Inclusion criteria: Interested in participating in the study Having at least three months of clinical work experience Not having a management position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Making the nurse aware of the performance observation process Transfer to other departments or centers A leave that leads to a disruption in the performance observation process or other parts of the study Failure to attend review meetings Unwillingness to answer the questions of the self-report questionnaire or other parts of the study
