Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Level of lipid peroxidation and inflammatory markers in chronic hemodialysis. Timepoint: before prescribing the drug and after taking the drug. Method of measurement: with MDA , thiobituric acid produces a red color that can be measured by its light absorption at 535 nm. the amount of inflammatory markers : IL6 and TNFa. TNFa was measured with the Zellbio ELISA kit according to the instructions of the kit and by the sandwich ELISA method.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
IL6. Timepoint: before and one month after drug administration. Method of measurement: with kata eliza , Zellbio company.;TNFa. Timepoint: before and one month after drug administration. Method of measurement: with kata eliza , Zellbio company.
