Knee osteoarthritis. Unilateral primary osteoarthritis of knee

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the first group, they receive 25 mg/kg of N-acetylcysteine ??once every 8 hours as a intravenous injection one day before surgery and then 10 mg/kg every 8 hours

Inclusion criteria: Patients eligible for knee arthroplasty Age 50-90 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of anemia Liver disease Coagulation disorders

MeasureTime frame
Occult bleeding rate. Timepoint: One day before the operation - the day of the operation - one day after the operation. Method of measurement: Check hemoglobin levels before and after surgery based on the Maximum Allowable Blood Loss formula.
