Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dentofacial deformities that require orthognathic surgery with BSSO osteotomy with or without Le Fort I osteotomy post growth and non syndromic patients no history of prior facial trauma or surgical procedures performed in facial region having photographs from frontal and profile view in NHP position having presurgical and post surgical lateral cephalogram completing presurgical orthodontic treatment having written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cleft patients either syndromic or non syndromic more than 3 millimeters deviation from sagittal midline in mandible patients with inadequate compliance during the 6 months follow-up need for maxillary impaction in lefort 1 osteotomy
