Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age upper than 18 age lower than 50 BMI upper than 27 Having Acne scarring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: family history of bleeding or coagulopathies use of anticoagulant or steroid medications hemoglobin levels below 10 g/dL platelet counts below 150,000/µL active skin or systemic infections malignancy or a history of chemotherapy lactation pregnancy use of any analgesic medications within one week prior to the intervention
