Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosing nasal septal deviation that has surgical indication Age between 20 and 40 years Willingness to participate in the study and full satisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of nose surgeries history of nasal trauma Non-referral of the patient for secondary evaluations

Severity of nasal septal deviation. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Coronal section of facial CT scan.
