Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted to the intensive care unit Age 18 to 65 years Having an oral tracheal tube Having the informed consent Normal coagulation system
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to herbal compounds jaw and face trauma pregnancy Diagnosis of pneumonia on arrival
