Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted to the intensive care unit Age 18 to 65 years Having an oral tracheal tube Having the informed consent Normal coagulation system

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to herbal compounds jaw and face trauma pregnancy Diagnosis of pneumonia on arrival

MeasureTime frame
A score of more than 5 on the modified Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score. Timepoint: Check for pneumonia before starting the intervention and recheck 72 hours after mouthwash. Method of measurement: modified Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score.;Presence of microorganisms in patients' throat culture samples. Timepoint: Sending a throat culture sample before starting the intervention and re-examining 72 hours after mouthwash. Method of measurement: Culture samples from patients' throat secretions.
