Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 years At least reading and writing literacy At least 3 months under hemodialysis treatment, two to three sessions per week and 3-4 hours under hemodialysis treatment each time. Having the ability to hear, speak and see and establish communication. Residents of Mashhad

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discontinuation or change in the number and duration of dialysis sessions for any reason Prior formal or structured education regarding dietary regimen Participation in another clinical trial

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of people with poor diet compliance. Timepoint: Measurement of dietary compliance at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and one and a half months after the training. Method of measurement: A standard questionnaire of dietary compliance in hemodialysis patients whose validity and reliability have been confirmed.;The percentage of changes in people's weight between two hemodialysis sessions. Timepoint: The weight of the patient at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and one and a half months after the training. Method of measurement: Scale.
