Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosing bipolar disorder based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Age over 18 years literacy Having a 5-year hospitalization history in the psychiatric department At least 1 month has passed since the last psychiatric hospitalization and drug prescription for the patient. Having informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Is graduated in the fields of medical sciences Has a history of serious physical illness Have experienced any serious stressful event in the past six months.
