Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 30 years A confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes based on the patient's medical record The ability of the patient or one of their family members to read and write at a minimum level Informed consent Willingness to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Irregular participation of the patients or one of their family members in the educational sessions.
