Intervention 1: Intervention Group: The intervention will be a face-to-face spirituality-based therapy conducted by the researcher. Sessions will be held weekly for 60 minutes each over a 12-week peri

analyzing data to identify patterns, strengths, and weaknesses
creating a group profile summarizing problems, needs, and improvement opportunities

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of migraine by a neurologist No history of chronic psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression (based on self-reporting and clinical interview) Absence of acute or chronic physical illnesses Providing informed consent along with willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiencing critical situations for oneself or close relatives during the intervention missing more than two sessions Lack of cooperation or failure to complete assigned tasks during the sessions Unwillingness to continue participating in the research process
