Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with stage I breast cancer No prior chemotherapy treatment Absence of diagnosed psychiatric disorders Adult women aged 18 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal of consent Occurrence of significant adverse events (such as serious illness or injury that affects the continuation of the intervention) Initiation of chemotherapy during the study period (to prevent potential confounding effects) Non-adherence to the intervention protocol (defined as missing three or more of the six scheduled sessions)
