Intervention 1: Intervention group: After rinsing the mouth with normal saline and brushing for 5 days, a dose of 250 mg (10^9 CFU) of the bacterium Streptococcus salivarius, provided by the company Z

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to the intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of pneumonia Presence of trauma and lesions in the oral area Use of dentures Presence of oral disease symptoms
