Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children in the age range of 2 to 10 years Having at least one untreated active Superficial carious lesion in primary teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who showed pain due to caries, tooth mobility, or signs of pulp involvement Severe systemic health conditions, known allergy or sensitivity to SDF or silver, hereditary developmental defects Lack of cooperation in the application of SDF or in follow-up visits
