Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Couples who score the lowest on the self-report scales of family process and family content. Participating couples should not undergo psychological treatment or other training during the training period. Both husband and wife participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Couples where one or both of them have a personality disorder.
