Inclusion criteria: 1- Having a history of aggression during one year 2- History of not participating in treatment sessions Willingness to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Having a chronic physical and mental illness 2- Absence in a treatment session

Self-control: It is an internal care based on which assigned tasks are performed and abnormal and illegal behaviors are avoided without external supervision or control. When someone, regardless of external control, devotes his efforts to doing the work assigned to him and does not commit a wrongdoing such as negligence or lack of work, he benefits from internal control. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: short self-control questionnaire of Tanjeni, Baumeister and Boon (2004).;.Regulation of emotion: Granfsky, Kraich, Spanbhun (2001) people use various cognitive methods to maintain their mental health and emotion when dealing with stressful experiences and situations. Emotion recognition strategies are self-awareness that a person uses to cope with adverse situations. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Garnevsky's cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (2001).;Aggression: is known as aggressive behavior that a person shows with the intention of harming people or objects. Aggression can be manifested physically, verbally or in the form of destroying objects and equipment and finally breaking the rules and regulations in the living environment with prior knowledge. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Bass and Perry Aggression Scale.
