Conditions

Social phobias. Fear of scrutiny by other people leading to avoidance of social situations. More pervasive social phobias are usually associated with low self-esteem and fear of criticism.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Social Anxiety Disorder Diagnosis Literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from manic states or having psychotic symptoms based on structured clinical interview Suffering from major depressive disorder based on structured clinical interview Suffering from substance use disorder based on structured clinical interview Suicidality risk as assessed by therapist Participating in other educational and psychotherapy classes concurrently
