Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for nurses: - Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing - Not participating in an educational workshop or ISBAR communication tool courses within 6 months before data collection - Not having a history of a stressful incident; Such as: death of loved ones, accident, serious illness, divorce in the last 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Exclusion criteria for nurses:- Failure to participate in one of the training sessions- Failure to answer questionnaire questions- Leaving the service during the implementation of the intervention- Refusal to continue participating in the research for any reason
