Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients afflicted by superficial pigmented lesions of lentigo, freckle or epidermal nevus referred to dermatology clinics affiliated to Azad university in 2024-2025 consent to take part in study and in treatment by plasma device or plasma device with alexandrite laser consent to return for measuring treatment effect after treatment action absence of usage of Isotretinoin 6 months prior to treatment action skin type of I or II or III or IV based on fitzpatrick scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with history of cutaneous allergies and allergic reactions to laser and drug afflicted by inflammatory diseases non-completion of treatment periods set by curer physician nonconsenting for continuation of collaboration usage of skin brightening creams in the past two months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number of complete clearance of lesions. Timepoint: One month after receiving treatment. Method of measurement: Visual measurement and comparison of the percentage of lesion reduction.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The number of incomplete clearance of lesions. Timepoint: En One month after receiving treatment. Method of measurement: Visual measurement and comparison of the percentage of lesion reduction.
