Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General Health: Participants must be in good general health and have no chronic or acute diseases. No Regular Exercise: Women must be classified as non-athletes, meaning they have not engaged in any regular exercise program or intense physical activity in the past six months No Special Diet: Participants must not be following a special diet that could affect the results of the study No Use of Certain Medications: Individuals taking specific medications, especially those that may influence the variables under investigation, cannot participate in this study Age and Gender: Participants must be female and within a specified age range (e.g., 18 to 45 years) to maintain homogeneity within the study groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic or Acute Diseases: Individuals with chronic or acute diseases cannot participate in this study Regular Sports Activity: Women who have engaged in regular exercise or participated in intense sports programs in the past six months are excluded from the study Special Diet: Participants who are following a special diet that may affect the results of the study cannot take part in this research Use of Certain Medications: Individuals taking specific medications, especially those that may influence the variables under investigation, are prohibited from participating in this study Age and Gender: Women who fall outside a specified age range (e.g., under 18 or over 45) are not eligible to participate in this study
