Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All health care workers and doctors working in the health centers of Miandawab city, with at least an associate's degree, regardless of their field of study and work experience, will be included in the study on the condition of consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior training in the management of innate capacity: Health care providers who have received extensive training or certification in the assessment and management of innate capacity in the elderly within the past six months to minimize potential bias in response to the training program and The evaluation is deleted.2. Medical conditions or disabilities that make it impossible to participate in business meetings.3. Participants who incompletely completed the questionnaires or have missing data in the pre- or post-training evaluations will be excluded from the analysis to ensure the correctness of the study results.

MeasureTime frame
Theory of planned behavior. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately, one month and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Inherent capacity assessment and management questionnaire in the elderly is based on the theory of planned behavior, which includes 30 questions including setting questions to evaluate attitudes, mental norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention.
