Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women 18 to 75 years old Ability to read and write A resident of Mahmudabad city Ability to communicate and understand Persian language Access to an Android or Apple smartphone Willingness to participate in the study History of breast conservation surgery or mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those under 18 years of age and over 75 years of age. Those who are illiterate. Those who live in another city. Those who speak Turkish. Those who have phones other than Android or Apple phones. Those who would like to participate in other studies. Those who have a lump in the breast and are under observation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Observation of significant changes in body image perception after intervention in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Complete the questionnaire (before the intervention) and 49 days after the intervention and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Body image fear questionnaire and fatigue status assessment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Observation of significant changes in the perception of fatigue after the intervention in the intervention group compared to the control group. Timepoint: Complete the questionnaire (before the intervention) and 49 days after the intervention and 2 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Completing the fatigue status questionnaire.
