Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: candidate for open heart surgery Age 20 to 75 years Absence of odor problems No cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the time of admission to the emergency room No drug addiction Acceptable verbal and listening skills

Exclusion criteria: The need for primary intervention through the skin Unstable hemodynamic status Bronchospasm

Anxiety levels before and after open heart surgery. Timepoint: Anxiety level before the start of the intervention and re-measurement of anxiety level on the last day of the intervention.
