Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female gender Has a nursing degree and a work permit from the Ministry of Health Nurses with up to five years of work experience Not taking psychiatric drugs Medium and medium to high cyberchondria score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male gender Nurses with experience of more than 5 years Taking psychiatric drugs Participation in other psychological treatments
