Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years hospitalized patients for knee replacement surgery: No major depressive disorder or other severe psychiatric disorders - No intellectual disability - No use of psychotropic medications in the last 8 weeks - No cognitive disorders such as dementia and delirium - No use of narcotics Having consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of drug allergy or severe drug adverse effects change in treatment regimen during the study for any reason Patients unable to take oral medications Pregnancy and breastfeeding Patient's refusal to participate in the study Drugs that interact with duloxetine and memantine Cognitive impairment as per MMSE Severe depression according to the Beck questionnaire

Assessment of pain intensity. Timepoint: Before surgery, on day 14, and three months post-surgery. Method of measurement: visual analogue Scale (VAS).
