Inclusion criteria: Individual satisfaction Absence of heart and respiratory disease Ability to walk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prohibition of the doctor from doing sports exercises History of surgery on lower limb joints

Balance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Static balance with standing on one leg test and Dynamic balance with Berg questionnaire.;Range of Motion. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: With the mobee Med 360 device.;Lower limb strength. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Stand up and sit down test in 30 seconds.;Quality of Llife. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Lipad Quality of Life Questionnaire.
