Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 25 to 65 In terms of inguinal hernia, the patients are in A.S.A class (1 and 2) and undergo herniorrhaphy surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having an allergy to the studied drugs Recurrent hernias Hernia surgeries with general anesthesia History of surgical incision in the hernia area History of uncontrolled diabetes History of renal failure History of cirrhosis Pregnant women Patients with high intracranial pressure if reported by the patient Patients with psychiatric diseases and seizures

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: 4 , 8, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).;Ability of walking. Timepoint: 4 , 8, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Patient statement.
