Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having chronic heart failure (for at least six months) Having an ejection fraction (EF) below 40% Age over 18 years satisfaction and interest to participate in the study Being literate in reading and writing and having the ability to communicate No participation in other similar studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of vision and hearing limitations Not understanding of Persian language Absence of the power of speech

Social Isolation: A score of less than 36 in the Luben Social Network Scale (LSNS-18). Timepoint: Before Intervention, One Month and Three Months after Intervention. Method of measurement: Luben Social Network Scale (LSNS-18).
