Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes Patients who were hospitalized more than once Mental health of caregiver Direct communication with the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers less than 18 years old Absence of more than 2 sessions in the curriculum Caregivers suffering from acute and chronic physical and cognitive problems Lack of informed consent of the caregivers to participate in the study The history of the caregivers's participation in similar training courses in the last six months Receiving other psychological treatment at the same time as this caregivers's intervention
