Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Immediately after the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by the physician, according to the GOLD definition (FEV1/FVC <70% after bronchodilator), age over 40, ability to read and write in Persian, access to and ability to use a smartphone, ability to use the Eitaa messenger).
