Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for open heart surgery Patients who are candidates for open heart surgery for first time Candidate patients for non-emergency open heart surgery Patients with an ejection fraction less than fifty percent Patients with learning ability and media literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to learn and use media Discharge fraction above and equal to 50% History of previous heart surgery Emergency heart surgery Using the cardiac assist device before the start of surgery Heart surgery following medical complications such as pulmonary embolism

The average quality of life score based on the questionnaire. Timepoint: before the intervention and two months after the surgery. Method of measurement: Quality of life score based on the Minnesota Questionnaire.
