Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for open heart surgery Patients who are candidates for open heart surgery for first time Candidate patients for non-emergency open heart surgery Patients with an ejection fraction less than fifty percent Patients with learning ability and media literacy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to learn and use media Discharge fraction above and equal to 50% History of previous heart surgery Emergency heart surgery Using the cardiac assist device before the start of surgery Heart surgery following medical complications such as pulmonary embolism
