Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic kidney disease Patients with persistant proteinuria Able to cooperate and communicate The patient is not on dialysis have signed the consent form to enter the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe physical and neurological or psychiatric illness and not being able to continue to cooperate Drug sensitivity or allergic reaction to the drug Patients taking immunosuppressive drugs Patients with liver enzyme disorders Patients with seizure disorders and taking anticonvulsant drugs Patients with depression disorders and taking drugs such as tricyclic antidepressants, fluvoxamine

MeasureTime frame
Glomerular filtration score of patients with chronic renal failure. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 1 month later and 2 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Measurement of patient's serum creatinine level.;The amount of proteinuria in chronic renal failure patients. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 1 month later and 2 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Measuring protein excretion in 24-hour urine.;Appetite score of patients with chronic renal failure. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 1 month later and 2 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Intensive nutritional assessment questionnaire.
