Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being in the first three stages of preparation for change according to the transtheoretical model Completing the informed consent form to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having underlying diseases according to the opinion of the dentist Age below 11 years and above 13 years
