Overweight or obese adults.

Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: Subjects in the control group will remain inactive throughout the study and will be advised to adhere to their normal daily routines. Intervention 2: Intervention group:
The intervention will be conducted at home over a period of six weeks, comprising three non-consecutive sessions per week. Each session will include two bouts separated by an interval of 1 to 4 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being adults Being in age range of 20–60 years Having overweight or obesity With a body mass index of 25–35 kg/m² Having general health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having acute cardiovascular disease Following specific dietary regimens With weight instability (±5 kg) in the past 3 months Having any serious medical condition that precludes long-term participation in physical activity
