50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female gender minimum age 50 years and maximum age 70 years Lack of structural abnormalities including structures that limit high-intensity exercise such as musculoskeletal (musculoskeletal) abnormalities Lack of chronic diseases controlled by medication Avoid taking broad-spectrum antibiotics for at least 3 weeks. Not taking any type of psychological (neuro) medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: personal lack of consent to receive samples and participate in the intervention Injury or damage that prevents the subject from exercising
