Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form by the research participants Age range between 20 and 50 years Placement in the supportive-educational nursing system Suffering from both types of hemophilia type A and B

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in the study Not suffering from other chronic diseases Lack of study entry criteria
