Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who have neuropathy.. The number of years the patient has diabetes Patients with controlled diabetes and stable sugar and Hemoglobin A1C At least 30 days before the start of sampling, the patient has used fixed anti diabetic drugs. Patients who are willing and able to follow the treatment protocol during the study. Male or female 18 to 75 years old Minimum pain score of 40 mm or more than 100 mm with visual analogue scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having Megaloblastic anemia Vitamin B12 deficiency HIV infection Breastfeeding or pregnancy Hereditary neuropathies Heavy metal neuropathy Uremia Type 1 Diabetes The duration of diabetes is less than three years Having liver disorders
