Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pilonidal sinus Treatment of sacral pilonidal sinus No abccess 15-45y age Poor control comorbidity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immune compresion Complicated pilonidal sinus No compliance
