Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare personnel who have at least 6 months of experience working in a hospital Have completed a written informed consent form Their job stress score is moderate or severe
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of known chronic physical or psychiatric illness Individuals have been treated with auriculotherapy within the last two months Pregnant employees

| Job Stress. Timepoint: Before the intervention, job stress will be assessed at the end of the third and sixth auriculotherapy sessions and 15 days after the end of treatment to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.
