Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis Patients diagnosed with kidney failure At least 18 years old No history of mental illness At least six months have passed since the start of dialysis Perform dialysis at least 2 times a week Ability to communicate No dementia To understand the contents in Farsi language The guest should not be from other centers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to continue participating in the research Losing contact with the researcher during the study Death of the patient during the study Changing the treatment method to peritoneal dialysis or kidney transplant Transfer to other medical centers

MeasureTime frame
The treatment adherence score in the treatment adherence questionnaire of hemodialysis patients. Timepoint: Measurement of treatment adherence before the start of the intervention, after the intervention, 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: End Stage Renal Disease Adherence Questionnaire.;The health literacy score in the short questionnaire to measure the health literacy of adults. Timepoint: Measuring health literacy before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Health Literacy Instrument for Adults-Short Form.
