Inclusion criteria: Infertile women who under infertility treatment for the first time. Body mass index (BMI) between 19.8 and 29

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of infertility for mre than 14 years History of serious chronic diseases History of receiving complemntary and alternative therapies for infertility such as yoga and meditation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: Pregnancy rate by sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety and depression levels. Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory, State and Trait Anxiety Inventory questionnairs.
