Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age range 22 to 50 years - At least a bachelor's degree in nursing - At least 6 months of experience working in intensive care units - No neurological or mental illnesses, self reported - No hearing impairment, self reported - No epilepsy or migraine, self reported - No sensitivity to light, self-reported - No need to use an ENO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Absence from at least one intervention session - Failure to respond to more than 10% of the questionnaire questions
