Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes for more than two years Being inactive Taking the same drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having high blood pressure Being elderly Not participating in regular exercise Having motion sickness

Measurement of atherogen 1 cultivation level in blood serum. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 8 weeks after the start of sports training. Method of measurement: Measurement of blood serum level.;Measurement of Muscle RING finger 1(MuRF1) cultivation level in blood serum.
