Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a gestational age of less than 37 weeks at the time of delivery Having a newborn weighing more than 1800 grams Stable hemodynamic conditions of the newborn Having basic ability to care for the newborn Having the skills to use social platforms on a smartphone Not having a job related to hospitals Informed consent to participate in the study No previous experience of hospitalization of a newborn in the NICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of any disease or congenital abnormality in the newborn that prevents the mother from providing natural care. The mother has a physical or mental illness that limits her ability to care for the baby. Inability to communicate effectively with the researcher or understand the instructions Concurrent participation in other similar research studies

Caregiving burden refers to a set of psychological, emotional, social, and economic challenges endured by caregivers of physically or mentally ill patients. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, 1 week and 1 month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Caregiver Burden Questionnaire.
