Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bachelor's degree nursing student Willingness of participants to participate in the study Experience of at least two semesters of study in the hospital environment GPA higher than 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation in the study Occurrence of stressful events in such a way that he is not able to continue cooperation Occurrence of physical and mental problems in such a way that he is not able to continue cooperation Participation in another study on palliative care Incomplete participation in training sessions
