Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years Singleton pregnant women with GDM between 20 and 32 weeks Having a smart mobile phone and the ability to use internet applications Having a glucometer with one of the Gala and Francis brands, which do not differ much in terms of accuracy Literacy at Middle school level and above Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having diabetes before pregnancy Suffering from severe psychiatric disorders such as psychotic and bipolar disorders according to patient self-report Failure to answer more than 10% of the questionnaire
