Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entry elderly women 60 to 75 years. Walking independently without the use of aids. No cardiovascular and respiratory disease, no musculoskeletal injuries, no medical prohibition to do exercise. The time, temperature and days of the week for the test were the same. The conditions of the tests were completely equal and controlled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: absence and participate in more than 3 sessions in the training protocol. Severe visual and auditory impairments. Having neurological diseases. The presence of orthopedic lesions in the lower extremities
