Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years Patients undergoing elective surgery under 1 hour with LMA use as airway management method (ASA Class I, II)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery Patients with full stomach Patients undergoing surgery over 1 hour Patients with a history of recent cold

Method of measurement: Measuring the incidence or absence of cough through researcher observation in patients under Laryngeal Mask Airway placement methods (classic and facilitated).;The severity of patients' pain in throat.
