Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knee Osteoarthritis of the Medial Compartment Grade 2 or 3 according to the Kellgren-Lawrence index Age in the range of 45-60 years Body Mass Index in the range of 18.5-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Knee Osteoarthritis of the Lateral Compartment Rheumatoid Arthritis Osteoarthritis of Ankle, Hip and Spine and Patellofemoral joint Chronic or Acute disorders that lead to a change in a person's Walking Pattern that can be detected by the observational assessment of the researcher History of Lower Limb Surgery History of Knee Joint Injection or Surgery in the last six months

Pain. Timepoint: At the begining and 4 week after. Method of measurement: VAS questionnaire.;Muscle stiffness and function. Timepoint: At the beginning of study and 4 week after.
